its really just as bad as people who drive with no insurance. i admit, the pikey scum shudnt get away with it, but im surprised insurance r givin her 3k, shes lucky in my opinion

why are you suprised insurance paid out?

she didnt say she hadnt declared the mods, she just said they wern't insured.
