There are 2 bolts at the back of the subframe. You can see them if you pull the plastic off and roll the seat forwards. Its welllllll easssyyy!!!

aint read all of post - but to get seat and frames out in one go....

top pic, its the torqs bolt under (as in lower in the pic) than the area ya have ringed,

the bolt on bottom pic

they ya just hooked in at the front, need to remove the trim from the side

yes ian that one and the one u circled in the above pic.set then unhooked at front.the 2 bolts are very hard to release as they are bolted through floor and cum out underneath car

yeah that one

i used a torqs i got with a socket set, and a breaker bar to lossen mine - they are rather tight

remove them - pust whose seat forward, and will unhook from front

ya will be left with nothing there - no metal or anything, all will come out with seat

torxs socket, with rachet with a spanner on as an extension my sort it, or a metal tube as an extension

the 2 torxs are different sizes btw
