on saturday, i put a holiday form in 4 weeks ago but my suprvisor didnt sign it for 2 weeks then told me she just threw it away , i really eed this day off after 3pm so where would i satnd if i just walked out 1/2 through my shift?

you would probably get a verbal warning. just go to the store boss and expain to him. if that dont work and hes a cunt too then call head office and have a good old go about it

i would pull a sicky and if they go apeshit at you then just keep saying you were ill....possibly even ring up your doctor and pretend to him that you are being sick and will go to the doctors if you arnt feeling better in say 24 hours....then you can tell work that you spoke to your doctor and he knows u were ill

legaly speaking, i they sacked you after you walk oave a leg to stand on. but they have to pay you up untill the time you walk out
