Saw them last week.

I've got the "ICE BLUE" ones from Helfrogs, cant say noticed much difference.

Mine are quite blue. They just made the red wall blue so...

aint read the link but i got some blue headlights, 100W think they are illegal though look cool as feck, seriously BLUE, pisses other drivers off though which aint good
