but i think police have it in for me , one copper wrote that i said i took my eye off the road for a 2nd when i know for a FACT i dint , i said to nurse that it happened in a 2nd . but the police says he heard it with his own ears!prick what does this mean? driving without due care an att...

Probably wont help you if you do go to court an insist on constantly referring to him as a 'paki'

was there no "skidding"? im sure Tyre marks will be somewhere on the police reports and u WILL be able to use them in ur defence! and if they did a proper report they can work out the speed's and then where u was on the road and work out who was in the wrong
