When i used nochex last year to join i used an old email address to register; this address no longer exists as we have changed ISP's. I went to re-register and i says that my card is already registered with Nochex and will not allow me to create another account!

I also have no idea what my Nochex password and can't get an email reminder as the address nolonger exists.

HELP!!

Is there any alternative methods of payment as my membership expires this week and i don't wanna lose my pics etc. Would it be possible to make a payment via paypal?

Ive had this problem too, but halifax have now changed all Solo cards to Visa electron

Its cos i still have the same switch card number; and they dont take mastercard

Ally: We take Electron though...

NovaGTE: Best bet is to speak to nochex directly so they can delete the account. You no longer need a nochex account to send us money (as we're a certified seller).

Don't worry we don't automatically delete pics or anything... we just hassle you more when it's expired

Mine says i can reorder it now on nochex BUT i would much rather just pay with solo as i dont use nochex at all!!

How do i pay with my card?

Click renew with nochex, but just fill in the form (don't register with nochex)....
