i really hate my car atm, i think the reason is because lets say there are three areas of modding... ICE, performance and styling...
ICE: my radios fucked, blown up one of my speakers, front components dont fit properly
performance: engines fucked, need an O2 sensor and new CAT to pass my MOT costing £555, and my car will no longer go above 5,000RPM/64MPH due to needing a "mass air flow meter" costing £350
styling: curbed everyone of my alloys now, cant afford to fix dent in boot, i hate the fact its a five door
also i cant afford to sort any problems because im on £40 per week atm and spending around £35 of that on petrol. i just need a new job/money it just gets me down that all my mates around me are spending £100s on their motors each week and the last thing i have bought in the last six months is a new TAX disk holder! i am now concidering what to do about my engine, £905 to fix... i might as well just get an engine conversion, but im meant to be selling this car to my mum on my birthday (august) and she doesnt want me to get a second hand engine because that might have problems too. so ill be spending over £900 fixing it and selling it for £2,100 meaning im only actually getting £1,200 for a T reg corsa, not that great eh 
what should i do? fix this shitty 1.0 12v engine and drive around slow for 5 months, get a 1.6 16v put in for £700 or go for a 2.0 16v for £1,500?

unlucky mate i spent over a grand fixin my 1.0l 12v engine i cudnt go over 3,000 revs in any gear for 500 miles that was hard, but i did it and now its a perfect engine (part fom the fact its a 3 cylinder)

cheers guys lol. blowing it up would certainly give me an excuse for a better engine 
incufan2k3: 500 miles eh, thats harsh... but mines been like this for way over 2,000 miles! sucks
