i install cctv in the summer time and they will just rip it down or cut it if the have a brain between them, but you nver know they might not think of that lol

How far away is it from your car?

How do they vandalise it?

Are you recording it on to a VCR? Even if they do rip it down, you might get them on tape for a bit.

It's about 10 meters from the car, you can't reach it, but you could hit it with a stick or something, but we will see them getting it like you said.

I was gonna record to my PC but it will take too much space up, so we are recording long play to VHS.

sack ur elecrician , must be shit to clip cable along the door frame lol , ur supposed to take it through behind the camera! get a mesh cage for it too , then they cant throw bricks at it and knock it down . flaming pikeys!

I know it's sposed to go behind the camera but that would have meant drilling a whole in the wall, it's only temporary to see if we can catch them, that way we can just take it down and fill the whole in the door frame, he's actually my brother, just qualified, so I think we can trust him to do it OK ... as for people cutting wires.... we'll see the buggers doing it and catch them that way
