well in the process of making my own door builds! never used P40 before, whats it like, any good? and any tips on to make it easy, i.e. sanding it down etc!

brilliant stuff but always remember to fibreglass mat over to give strength and prevent cracking mate

how hard is it to sand down? and to mold it into shape?

i found it kept sticking to my spreader, and coming back out of hole. Not hard to sand if u take time

remember to keep the layers as thin as possible m8, you can always use other coats

I used this stuff for the first time the other day too... bit tricky to use, but you get used to it.. kinda reminded me of soft rock..
Not too bad to sand down either.

Oh, one point though.. use gloves!.. I didn't & i'm still picking it off...
