i recently got my car tinted at a place called loud wheels in south west london. Car looked ok at night but went back the next morning because of some bubbles. They said they will go after a few days. Well i waited a week and they still hadnt gone away so the bloke said bring it round on saturday and ill changed it over. Went on saturday he werent there this happened 2 weeks in a row. Since then the shops been shut. Today after a month i saw the shutter up so decided to see wats going on. They have been liqidated. Now the guy who was there gave me a number and i rang it they said they will send me a form. Now i dont no what to do shall i claim the whole money back as they did say and i got in writting that i have life time gurantee, which i suppose if they are liquidated is no good. any help would be great. Can't believe those guys knew they were closing and never told their customers as there were like 3 or 4 black men there getting very angry as that man owed them a refund of £1000

not much you can do im afraid, i was chasing up an outstanding invoice at work today, the company has gone bust, therefore we had to write the debt off.
