Need some help, I have sourced a better mother board than my current one, its a GigaByte GA-6BXE, but i need to flash the BIOS on it

How do i do this?

I have tried just connecting it all up but when i power up nothing happens, just blank screen.

did you get a cd with the mobo??? I had a flash utility on mine and it done the trick

nope no cd, problem i cant even boot up wit it, i turn it on and it just hangs..

there might be a jumper on the board that you have to change, did it come with a manual? I had to clear the CMOS memory first on mine by changing a jumper while it was powered off, putting it back wehre it was and turning the PC on.
