Hi all,

Blew me gear box up in my 1.6 8v GTE nova the other nite, now i just sourced a f16 gear box but i'm unsure if it will fit in?

Does anyone know if it will fit at all?

nah it wont fit, f15 or lesser, f16 is for a big block engine

Have been told by a vauxhall mechanic that this will go in no problem

nope - as greasemonkey says, the small block engines will only accept the small block gearboxes
