right i've recently just bought some standard headlights off ebay for a mate as he cracked his. the seller was highly rated with loads of good feedback. the seller described them as from a 52 reg & 'mint condition'.
I recieved them earlier in the week and they're covered in stone chips, one has deep scratches right across the front and they look like they've been rolled through a field! now i've emailed him and he replied 'i didnt say they were perfect'
how should i reply and where can i go from this? is there nothing i can do but leave negative feedback? theres no way my mate is fitting them to his car in that state.
cheers for any advice
Dav.

report him to Ebay who will look into it, but there isnt much you can do. Did you use paypal? if so, you could force a return and refund. Also, leave loads of bad feedback if he kicks up a fuss.

Give him negative feedback. Ebay won't do much unless they have a number of people complaining.
