I recently bought a Corsa 1.6i Sport, and have fitted some speakers in the front door panels (behind the plastic mesh not a door build) but I find on the drivers side that the plastic mesh of the door panel vibrates when the bass gets a bit heavy...how can I stop this or reduce it? It doesn't do this on thre passengers side which seems a bit strange to me..!

Have had similar problems. I cured it by using a £20 roll of Dynamat, replacing most of the weather striping and adding some to the upper and lower door cards too. It helps a lot.

might be an idea to sort out a door build and therefore have no mesh over the speaker...hmmm worth a thought!
