yes you can, just dont do it more than twice in the one shop or they get a tad suspicious

an easier way is to get a mate who works in a printers to shrink wrap the box again, then you can even keep the cd and the shop are none the wiser when you return the empty cd box, as its still sealed - and you get your money back

just say it was a prezzy for a mate and that they already have it... they will usually refund ya... 
 
some places r funny cos they how some ppl   copy the cd and then take the org back
