I aint complaining and don't want to cancel my order. There's just been a lot of PVD problems recently!

I've used them before and had no probs.

it should take them a few minutes to re-emburse your card. if they do not then you inform them of the sale of goods act.

I suggest you do a google search for the DTi and look up your rights. your covered by distance selling regulations.

its not a matter of cancelling as getting it somewhere else is going to delay it ebven longer. and vibrio and ally im not fucking moaning asking for advice to deal with the situation if you are unable to do this sod off and go bother someone else with your pointless comments

best way to get the converison kit is to bypass pvd and go straight to mtech in germany.


i know this wont help you with your outstanding order.

i know i keep saying it over and over againg, but people wanting conversion parts should ring cossvaux, they have them on their shelves ready to post out.
i know its now help to you Si.
however i do feel that they should sort out some sort of compensation for being a bunch of muppets and fcuking up the schedule

Do a search on here and Mig for PVD and you'll see the general concensus

From my own experience complete shite.

Problem is that they are one of the few companies that specialise in Vaux which is why i think they are still in business.
