my mate had one of them from too much sauce he used to cough up blood we thought he was gonna die

if its an ulcer and it pops, you'll be more than coughing up blood. you could die

i'd go to the doctors and get them to take a blood sample. i think they can tell from that cos a mate at uni had one, and in the end he had to go have a camera rammed down his throat

you could just have a problem with your acid production. you can get zantac from the supermarket take one and see what happens also try taking some antacid drink or tums etc.
