Firstly, tell your mate that its illegal to have "Race Numbers" on your car without atleast a line striking it out and he can be charged etc for this.
Supposedly it gives the public the impression that your racing around the streets which most arent too excited about. Rally cars are only allowed to drive road sections with numbers on and then have to take them off or score through them once the event is over. As I say, its the law.
As for the car, personally I think you should only have stickers etc on your car IF its actually a rally/race car. Its a bit like having a 2.0 TURBO badge on a 1.0 if you know what I mean...
