1.6 16v SBD Metal camb belt tensioners. A must for any tuned engine as the plastic ones are prone to breaking = bent valves = £big moola. SBD want about £80, as new, £50.

Not sure if they will fit a 1.4 16v, but good chance of it.

Also.

Spotless Sport Recaro Seats. Look a little dusty in this pic, but they habve been sitting in the loft for 3 years Only 14,000 arse usage. No fag burns, like new! £100 (collection from NW Kent).

Well they come out of one so they will go straight in another one yeah. Also have all the brackets, ANNND the tray under teh passanger seat

I got that tray under my passenger seat

How r they recaro tho? that's the exact same seats as I have in my sri

I tried fitting some in my merit the subframes slightly out they wont fit! and the back setas are way different
