Phoned them on sunday to request a insurance certificate so that i could buy my tax this friday as it expires on the same day. I was told by their staff that a document will be sent to me on the following day (Monday). It is now wednesday and i still not received the bloody document

Nebody know what happens if you dont renew your tax on time and how i can get one????

I know this is bad, but I got so fed up with waiting for an insurance certificate from Norwich Union that I photocopied my old certificate and changed the dates.

You want more info let me know

Nope, if you don't have valid documents you won't get your tax.

try waitin for a certificate for a new policy when ure tax runs out this week and u dont have a previous one to use
