might b worth sayin u went over a pot hole n then council will hopefully give u some dough. u pay council taxes-why not giv it a try!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

in stoke u only have 2 ring up the council and they send u a letter, u have2 enclose photos of pothole and damage to vehicle along with a proper breakdown of costs(ie get printed costs from company's-for wheel and balancing etc) and they usually forward a cheque on to ya!!
