ok this time its egg fried rice.....
Ive read on the net a efw recipes of how to make it like the chinese do BUT it doesnt come out that lovely soft floaty nicely coloured mouth watering rice like you get at the take away or the restaraunt. Mmmmmmmm geting hungry thinking about it

Bacically this is what it says to do....
1. Add some corn oil to the wock and heat til muchos hot!!
2. Pour in beaten eggs and break up
3. add cook rice which has been allowed to cool
4. add some chinese salt
5. add a sprinkling if seaseme (sp) oil and serve

But it doesnt come out like the chineses does

Not sure if its possible the rice itself ie how to cook type of rice etc etc

Please help as it cost me a fortune in takeaways

Believe it or not m8 but its the way you cook it, by which I mean in the Take Aways its cooked on an large open flame which gives much better heat distribution.
Thats what the guy at the chinese take away told me anyways.

how much is one of them things?? Might work out cheaper in the long run
