Signed up for one today, £16 a month..... do me fine.
Working at nights, so not attending my footy training n so on.
Just out of curiosity, to you follow a set routine (by your self, or set by someone), or do you just go and do as you please????
Been having back problems recently with this whiplash n all , spent about an hour at a strong pace in total on bikes, treadmills, and steppers, so fingers crossed the pain will soon disappear

Simple fitness and toning to some extent.
Never have quite understood the need to have biceps bigger than your head, then wear a stupit poofy tank top

3 times a week (if I can), set-routine worked out by a consultant when I joined (it ain't a cheap gym )......about 45 minutes warm-up and cardio, followed by 30-45 minutes of low-intensity weights (working on fitness to start with).

i follow a strict routine i use from mens health magazine, its designed for sports players e.g. speed and strength and it does seem to be working a treat

4-5 times a week, lots of running/cycling and then 45-60mins of weights. Set routine but the weights change so I work all my muscle groups over the week.
