Its a beam not an axle and no, very easy. Two bolts on the car and two on the bottom of the rear dampers.

back brake shoes now on her aswell as exhaust fitted

I didnt think the torsion beam axle could hold the weight. Anyway, I wouldn't work under it with one jack.
