if ya sign up to paypal with a credit card - do ya still have to wait for the 2 small charges on ya statement like ya do when ya sign up with a bank card? or can ya pay someone straight away?

you dont have to wait thats only if you want to send like over 2 grand or some shit u can use it straight away. this only confirms your address.
