who regularly uses these?
ive been browsing ebay for a few weeks and have seen something I want to buy. has anoyone had any good or bad experiences?
how safe are they in terms of fraud?

How does it work? You set up a paypal account and send money from your current bank to paypal and then the ebay user will take money out of your paypal?
can someone explain as i might buy somthing on ebay..

Thats the basics of it. You sell something and the money you get from it stays in ya Paypal account until you transfer it back to your bank. When you buy something you can use this money or you can have it taken straight off your card.

I use them both - had no problems so far.... but these paypal emails are a bit worrying
