ive been promoted in my job yey! but i had 2 written warnings, what happens to them now? do they come wiv me to the new possition or do they get wiped off my record?

will be down to company policy i presume. Speak to your Human resources manager or supervisor

if it's anything like my old job they come with you and then get wiped off if your good after 2 years

At my work they stay on for 6months, thats how i survived 4 years..........so far

They will stay with you as you have just changed position not employment. So you will probably have the same contract or just a change of contract. The only way they will be wiped from your record is if it states in a contract or in the warning a time period that the warning will stand for. 2 written warning is already enough for a fair dismissal as per the regulations at a industrial tribunal

sod the warnings. i got a final written warning for walkin out of work to take my mate home... came back, got suspended on full pay for 3 days. went back for a disciplinary hearing and got my final written warnin.
bit harsh as not had any warnings before..
all i did was go to my file the followin day, take out the letter, and threw it away. also did the same with the one in the safe.. so no proof of my warning.....

Woohoo, must be something in the air in Leeds, I screwed up at work today, Service Desk manager calls me up to give me a bolloking and ends up offering me a job lol... and it's about 6k a year more than I'm on now... not doing too bad for my age!

It's really not a bad ride, gets me where I wanna be.... don't have my license yet lol, got plans for March, if the guy can hold out that long them I may be buying his, check my garage for the pics, the ones in the misc section.
