Is the bag complete with cover, if so, what type/shape is it? Needed for a '98 Sport wheel.

yea the bag is complete with the cover, its from a SRi 16v steerin wheel (m reg).

i think the 98 steering wheels/airbags r slightly different.

in which case u can have the steering wheel as well, so it should fit fine!
