ok, just connecting my power lead to my battery from my amp.
Whats the order i need to disconnect the battery in? or can someone take me throught the process so i dont kill myself

just connect it to the + without the fuse in, when its all connected to the amp and earthed then put the fuse back in at the battery end and hey presto

but take the negative lead off the battery before u do anything

why rob? i didnt disconnect the - at all...i earthed and fused the power cable before i attached it to the battery and then just bolted it on (got some cool lil sparks as well)

to stop them "cool litlle sparks". if you get them sparks it can burn out the solenoids on your alternator, therefore not charging your battery and costing u about £100!!!! thats why trucido
