i cant seem to find a tutorial to help me with this so maybe some of u can,

I need to know how to remove the front and rear bumpers and all the arches as its getting colour coded.
Any help would be great.

front bumper
forgot if its either 8mm or 10mm u need

11 bolts hold front bumper
but need to remove 2 bolts from front arch first so can pull it out slightly to release the bumper

2 either side under arch behind lil flap
2 jus below that
2 on bottom corner of bumpers
3 along the bottom of the bumper
2 where the grill is

rear bumper
3 under boot
2 under arch
2/3 under the bumper

rear arches
bout 5-6bolts
and a lil white clip near the light cluster unclips out

front arches
u gotta remove some bolts and these lil black buggers which u remove by pushin the lil pin out first to remove the arch linen
which then u can get accessto the other plastic arch bolts
