The Eco-Speedster, sadly, is just a concept car and will not go into production, nor is it a potential racing prototype, despite being referred to as a "Le Mans style" machine, but it does more pragmatically demonstrate the potential of the new Opel 1.3-litre CDTI ECOTEC engine, the first of a series of new diesel engines from the company.

See it at the motorshow this year at the NEC. Its pretty long, much longer than the VX220. Still looks really nice though.
