is anyone else experiencing problems with NTL at the moment

story:

yesterday mornin go to go on the web no fukin internet

fone NTL only for them to put me thru to a recorded msg sayin
" we are experiencing minor difficulty's at the moment please try again later"

no internet all day yesterday....

woke up this mornin...internet was on for about half hour then suddenly went off



now the internet is finally back on and has been since about 3 i have found out i can only visit a number of sites as others wont display

plus i need to check my email and it wont let me connect to hotmails server

anyone else experiencing problems

Mine was off last week for 2 days also mate..That's BB aswell.

lol wish they would give ya notice tho wen itss gunnna be off
the thing is tho i fink it was only there http server wot went down because.....
our dad could get his mail thru outlook express (pop3 server)
and i could get on kazaa (ftp server??)
but couldnt get any websites but now i cant even get my fukin mail

Could try asking to be removed from their transparent proxy-server (assuming they still run it). This is possibly the cause of web-browsing problems, as any problems with it could prevent port-80 traffic (web-browsing).

grrrr atr NTL! nothin but problems recently! internet jus swtiches off! had an enginner round, said my box was overheating coz i had my PS2 on top of it. but it still turns off, but i find ifu disconnect hte set top box and then reconnect after 10 secs, restart ur pc, the internet works!
