thats there policy. Its in the contract or somthing. i think its cos of the case of cancelling ur contract after 12 months.

Recommended mate. i would check the actual bill online first. as said the 2 months is a standard procedure with 02.
If all else fails phone 02 to clarify what tariff u are on just to make sure

no mate its down to u. u have to give 30 days notice so if u leave it till 12 months is up u will pay for 13 months. Contact them at the 11 months stage

basically every year my contract has started on the 23 of december. So when my bill comes in november (23rd) i have phoned to cancel it or upgrade my phone etc

i have pay as u go for incoming, and a contract with the new 3 (three) network. 750 minutes for £35 a month, not bad
