cmd32.exe is not a system file. If you don't let Norton delete it, you can manually delete it in Safe Mode. W32.Kbot.C.Worm usually plants itself in cmd32.exe and copies itself... and passes itself throughout Kazaa...
First thing to do... is either run your computer in safe mode and deleted cmd32.exe
from your C:/windows/system32 folder...
Then go to your "regedit" by clicking "RUN" and typing in regedit...
Go to:
Local Machine
Software
Microsoft
windows nt
current version
and then WinLogon

Change Shell's DATA value... to explorer.exe
so you get rid of your error messages...

So, technically what I'm saying is...
Delete cmd32.exe... its NOT a system file...
But change your reg so it's normal again...
