god it annoys me im at uni and in my house we av NTL broadband....and its been fuckin shit recently, so fuckin slow if it workin at all! and its not like its cheap or anything! would be better off with aol dial up

i have the same problem. turns out my set top box is overheating! got an engineer coming on thurs to fiz or replace the box! jus give em a ring an theyl sort it out!

good idea...i was/am gettin pissed off, so i was thinkin of phonin ntl 2mo but it seams eveyone is avin this prob, so il leave it for a bit, hopefully will get sorted!

they also said that my internet speed would also of been affected by the set top box. the heat is measured in numbers, the usual is 4-7, he checked mine and it was 2688! the bloke on the phone laughed and said hed never seen anything like it.
