I know, its actually between the golf mk2 and the civic, corsa is just for comparison to show how to stupid insurance is on them for the performance you get.

ins on the gsi is insane

i paid 2k in mothers name
audi a3 turbo was 1800
and bmw 318 coupe is 1500

i like the punto just for ptshhh

the civic is good if your gonne spend money on it

i woulnt go for an mk2 8v unless it was one of the late run out ones with all the 16v spec

this is how insurance works, it is calculated through risk of a claim. Corsa GSi is a desirable car to a thief, and has a high chance of getting nicked, this is why the insurance is around the same as these other cars.

Personally civic vti for comfort speed over the mk1 (although I do love the shape ) might be tempted by the punto but the civic is nicer looking imo.

Get the GT, turn the boost up, get a dump valve and thrash the arse off it til it goes BANG!!

No just joking bout the BANG bit but i wud consider the Punto. A mates got 1 and it really is pretty fcukin rapid on the rd. Doesnt handle half bad either
