On behalf of my dear friend A1EX, im trying to help him sell his astra.

350bhp Astra GSI turbo
Ive decided to go back to jap cars, not having this car long its forsale, just want to see how much interest really
Its an 1992 j reg,running on 18s with 308mm brakes with a 2.0 turbo lump in it, this was a conversion done by courtenay not a transplant, its running approx 350bhp on DTA engine management, which i had done not so long ago, so its been fully rebuilt, got the f28 gearbox with a lsd,hybrid garrett t28 turbo nothing has been left out on this engine, ive got receipts that add up to over 10k on the engine alone, also a 3k ice install which consists of 3 12" JL subs, 2 pheonix gold amps, front jl speakers, 6 disc changer, and a alpine head unit i would list everything but it would take a while more details on request, looking for in the region of 8500 for it.

Engine 350bhp:-
Runs on 15 /50 fully synth motorsport oil
Piper X Air filter
Bosh platnium tipped race plugs
Large capacity fan and radiator
Bradied reenforced hosing
garett t28 turbo (reconditioned with warrenty)
cosworth high capacity geen injectors
DTA engine management and boost control
H duty l-c big end bearings
Competition charge cooler with high flow pump (new) and polished reservoir and standard turbo intercooler
Forged low comp pistons
Recirc Dump valve
Polished exhaust heat shield
Courtenay cool running block + head with cool running thermostat also.
New silicon h/d turbo hoses
Two stage fan with in car override
Brand new competition turbo clutch
Two stage courtenay power key boost control (switches from 200bhp to 350bhp)
3 1/2 inch s/s exhaust from manifold back (courtenay)
H/D steel head gasket
Powder coated rocker and cam cover.

Transmission:_
New f28 six speed g/box and linkage was brand new from courtenay when converted
quaife limited slip differential
new seals etc also and fully synth oil for g`box

Brakes:_
308mm GROOVED front discs with uprated greenstuff pads rears courtenay grooved also

Exterior:_
Twin hlamp converion (morette)
Steinemitz heated / electric mirrors
clear repeaters
alu mesh grill
Brand new (not a scratch ) 18 inch dare alloys polished finish with new 215/35 18 tyres (just cost me £1000)
Single wiper conversion
delocked boot
courtenay badging

Interior:_
Immaculate never smoked in still smells new!
Momo race s`wheel with snap off boss
6 sp g knob leather
alloy pedals
alloy h brake
vectra door handles (alloy finish)
Tailoured checker plate floor mats
Courtenay boost and oil guages (n cente dash console)
Swiches behing g`leaver for fan overide and boost control (with key to lock boost in hi or low)
Electric sun roof conversion
stainless steel polished sills
Full dash lit with blue leds including window swiches, dials guages etc etc
Lockwod white dials


Suspension:_

All renewed with new components thought out including track rods , arms, powers steering rack, bushes bearings, etc
Uprated topmounts
koni adjustable shocks
courtenay springs -60mm
Front courtenay polished strut brace
Traction control disconnected to allow for limited slip diff.

Stereo:-
Alpine sound processor h/unit
Alpine six disc changer in glove box
2 x pheonix gold amps
3 x jl audio 12 inch subs in boot
Jl audio speakers all round and components up front
re trimmed shelf acoustic
All gold connections and oxygen free cable
sound deadening
Power cap
(All the ice is hidden from view and the boot install includes power cap in lit up cabinet and amps behind perspex again in there own cabinets the whole lot cost £3000 from a pro stereo shop to intstall.)

Security:_
Cat 1 alarm ( battery back up)
Cat 2 immobilser (seperate)
Delocked and deadlocked
Snap off steering wheel

+ loads more which ive proabably forgot!

used to be owned by a lad in rotherham
i have seen this car many times
all i can say IMMENSE!!!
its the most incredible sounding machine ive ever herd.

even i won the lottery this car would deffinately be in my garage allong with my ferari's

in total id say its had the best part of 20k spent now with some of the latest mods ive had done to it, ive personally spent about 5k
no expense spared on this car really, barring an ott bodykit or anything like that it looks just like a boggo std gsi
