that does suck somewhat.

I'm 21, ok 3 yrs ncb. but with 6 points and I only pay £836 on a 106 gti

Why go fully comp? no offence but the car's not worth paying £1,650 a year fully comp, as they may only pay out £2000-£2500 if you crashed it.

try quinn direct, cos when i went on their site it had a section for previously named drivers to enter how long they had been on someone elses preimum, which presumably means they offer some sort of discount...

You can build up NCB on TPFT or even as a named driver with direct line now

I got insured on my converted corsa for £1412 with No NCB at 21 and i had a crash within the 12 months prior mate

Fully Comp usually doesn't cost much more than 3rd party anyway. Sometimes it can be more expensive to just have 3rd party

That quote seems silly! I was paying £1600 on my 1st year of driving when I was 17. That was on an 8v though.

Do you have a bad postcode?

My Ex worked in insurance, and she told me that for some reason it helps on your insurance!

Eh? I've been tpft for the last few years and still been building up my NCB? who said you can only get NCB if fully comp? you only get NCB if its your policy - even if its tpft!
