Explain the situation of what happend to your ins. company and see who they say is the right or even ask the traffic police and they may do the same ????

I'm sure insurance companies arent stupid, they know that everyone in her car is going to lie through their teeth if shes in the wrong , tell insurance what happend, go to where it happened take pictures/draw diagrams to present your car cause you might have to go to court or something?
Nik: have you/has anyone you known actually done that ?

if your approaching a t-juntion then you are travelling straight, if she was turning in then she had to be in your space, unless you where on the other side of the road, which wouldnt exactly be feasible, ins people will say its more likely to be her cutting a corner
although as nik says, u should have phoned the police

Yes, passengers are not usually counted as creditable witnesses... did any1 else stop whose details tyou might have? I stopped at an accident once an gave a lad my numebr in case he had any problems as I saw it an it wasnt his fault... he never called but Im sure it would have been helpful
