i had my first corsa on 50's dropped 60mm and that didnt rub either

only thing is ill be running more camber than a standard car so this will move the top of the tyre towards the suspension, and im running coilovers which are wider than std

got some wheels and tyres to try tho

Might have to raise the front of the car a bit, but the MOs are 6x15 ET49, so they should be fine.

I'm going to get some 888's for my TD 1.2's. It'll not be sat "on it's arse" when it's all set up for the track.

mark - my steelies are 6.5x15 et49 and i run a 195/50r15 yoko parada with a 5mm spacer on the front without scrubbing

I was going to say, suspension height is an obvious limit to what tyre size you can use, and wheel width.

im using 3mm spacers at the moment to clear the suspension, but wh=ith a few tweeks it should be ok, cheers adam

i was running 50/195's yoko 048's on 7" rims

The only issue i had was with the inner edge of the tyre was rubbing on the suspension.

To sort i raised the suspension a few mm. Spacers would have worked too.

They were on ProRace et45 or 49 for info
