As Robin said, i join in with my local Motor club Auto Solo requires road legal, MOT, Tax but Auto test doesnt matter at all!

It depends what sort of event it is, some events will be road legal cars only, but most of the time, as long as it meets the noise regs and isn't falling apart, it'll be ok.

Usually not, unless you want to drive it to the venue of course.....

Some track obviously have special conditions though, such as exhaust volume etc etc.

Does a track car require to be road legal?
MOT tested?
If not, does the car just need to be a general good condition for safty points of view
