Yeh I saw that the other day Ian! not bad really for £19k!

A lot of the cars on that site are good value for money if you just want a track slag! but most will probably require trailering too and from the track and high maitenance.

The saxo above is crying out for a 16v lump, cam'd + TB'd lump.

Mind you, the M88/1 in the M1 had 490bhp in the Procar series, with no forced induction, the S38 is an evolution of this, and the "3.6" models have the same capacity as the M88/1 in the M1, so it might be totally possible.

3.6 had 315bhp from the factory, 3.8 had 340.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems quite high to me :boggle:

Engine rebuilt before last race and remapped to schrick cams 381bhp @7000rpm. New gearbox and clutch before last race. BG developments front 4 pot callipers and disks. Front strut brace.
