Got them primed out ASAP cause they started rusting within 12hrs

I do have the whole astra but As far as I know F23 on Corsa b can be fitted but mounting has to be made. I didn't do much research on the 23. I prefer the 28 being its stronger and has 6th gear In it. Should have half a calibra being shipped in from the UK next month with a F28 in it ;)

Started stripping. Needed some panel beating loven as had had some rust I wanted to get sorted out










Chopped the rear out as had sum rust behind I couldn't get to

Cut the Stepney compartment out for Weight loss


Welded shut fuel tank and Stepney compartment

And a new rear panel

f23 boxes can be fitted to the corsa b. seen a couple now with z20lets and f23's. if you have the whole astra then you should have most of the parts you need. not sure if the astra box has the option for fitting a front gear box mount though? Vectra b f23 does but its the wrong bell housing for a zlet. can be swapped though. :thumbs:

I've just come back from Malta the other week, I loved it over there, I saw some pretty cool cars. Good luck finding a f28. :thumbs:

Hi I'm Karl
New to the forum, I'm working on ma 1995 3dr corsa b
Had a 1.5L TD when I bought it, I "full boosted it" and cracked the head in 3, So i bought a 1.7L TD from Japan off a Gemini to fit in it but then decided to go a bit bigger and bough an Astra G coupe turbo from the UK, as I'm from Malta. Any way now I'm in the stage of getting an F28 gearbox to fit it with as the zlet in the Astra G had is an F23 in it.
