engine wouldn't come out the top, couldn't get the height with the crane

why not just take engine out the top

Don't have a clue about milage on the new motor, I bought it off a lad who bought it for a project car that never happened. He told me he fitted a new timing belt, water pump thermostat and head gasket so I'm gonna just give it a wash and stick it in :)

sexual mate what milage is the redtop and you gonna rebuild it before u put it in i would :P

Just got back from picking this lump up so don't have any time to do out today as I'm going to work at 2pm!:mad::mad::mad:

started taking everything off the motor today, just waiting for the engine crane to come now. More pics tomorro.

It was a cat c about 4 years ago, that doesn't bother me tho. Interior looks like they were keeping chickens in there!, this doesn't bother me coz cally leather is goin in. Engine feels flat to me but is probably fine (this is the first corsa I've driven) again, not bothered as a valver will be in there by the weekend!;)

Wheels are 17" and are for sale, not too keen on them and they rub on the arches, goin to pick my XE motor up tomorro, can't wait:) thinking about cream calibra leather aswell!
