Crashed mine not so long ago, and the grille isn't even attached.

Got a day off work today, so all my time is going to be aimed at the car. :o

Prefer your white corsa though :)

Well seeing as i posted this the other day i thought it rude not to do a progress thread.

The story starts this year when Mrs Teddy decided it was time for a new car. She was running a 1999 GLS 1.2 16v, i conviened her a GSi was the only way to go ;)

She has a thing for blue so a carabic blue example needed to be sourced.

After around 3 months of searching we found a clean example in Cornwall, so we took a plane (yes a plane) to go and get the car, i was a little worried however as i had only seen photos, we arrived and the car was suitable apart from some stupid offset wheels which made the car drive terrible.

We got the car home, changed the cambelt and the usual things.
I slapped on some Cav GSi rims on to sort the driving problem out, my old smoked headlights went on due to a problem with the old lights.

After pondering what to do with it, we then decided to return the car to total stock, i was quite excited about this. The reason being you just done see decent stock examples anymore.

The car gained new genuine GM bumpers, wiper arms, gear knob, gaiter, orange side repeaters, and new badges.

The car arrived at PVS freshly painted with stock GSi wheels, however we were missing the grille (my fault i broke it)

Currently we are sorting the engine bay out to give it a fresh look as well as referbing the standard rims and fitting Pirelli tyres (which come from the factory)
