sun roof??? wtf, that cant be factory.

Also not sure on your rear lights. Im liking the indicators tho, might consider getting a pair but then again it might change that "standard" kinda look.

I bought a mini quite a few years ago now which was gonna become a run around i then decided to restore it and keep it in pristine condition as it has a very very low mileage on the engine ( only 7k ) and it still smells like a mini

This is the oldest picture i have:

I put the chrome arches on and then decided it needed some alloys so out comes the wallet

Then i thought that the dash was very very basic so i ordered a new dash:

then i looked at the steering wheel and decided it was abit tatty.

Looking pretty cool at the mo eh?

Anyway, i went to uni so i didnt give it much attention ( i let my mum drive it to keep it running still )
I got back to uni and was shocked how much rust had appeared.

So i got some paint and a load of wet and dry.

The applied paint:

The i decided i wanted more chrome  So i bought a new grill

Pretty good job for saying i did it on my own and never really attempted to do something like this before.

FInally to stop rust coming back i used some tetroseal stuff.

Phew!!!! Finally done, that should last a few years :lol:
