Use a wall unit with 2 end panels either side to pull it out the required depth or use a base unit and cut to the required depths.
Either way are as much work.
Personalyy I would go the base unit route.
Kitchen looks like a generic Howdens job.

No but he took down the artex ceiling and replaced it, plastered it and put in the downlighters and is going to skim the walls so I fancied trying something myself for once

I don't know where the previous owner got the units from :( i'm guessing B&q as everything else appears to be from there, but even so, no standard size wall unit will fit around the boiler :(
Similar kitchen to mine Bett Homes have put in my place. I've seen similar units in IKEA as B&Q.

They did mine with large side end panels and an internal fridge door. Was enough left over to make a section to stand between the work surface and the new cupboard to cover up all the pipes etc.
Look in my house thread.

If you've got the room up to the window a 450mm base unit will only need reducing in depth and should fit over the boiler comfortably.

Cutting down a cabinet is probably your best solution.
Brother had a similar issue but he ended up getting a carpenter in who dismantled a new cabinet (including the door) and resized it all to fit; apart from the cabinet being smaller than the rest, you couldn't tell its been fettled with and just looks like an off-the-shelf unit.

Either get a bigger unit and cut it down, leaving the width the same obviously, or make one out of end panels to suit a standard door.

Currently in the process of doing the kitchen up and the boiler has been an eyesore ever since moving in 4 years ago. This is the best pic I have of it:
Ideally i'd like it to match my current kitchen units as anything else would look out of place.
Dimensions are: L: 700mm, W: 380mm, D: 310mm.
Looked at standard wall units but it doesn't appear that the boiler will fit inside one, so the only other option is making something with a door on the front.
Any ideas as to how I would go about this? Left side is pretty tight against the wall but theres enough space to get an arm down the side. I imagine i'd need to keep the top open to let heat out and also due to the pipes, but could close the bottom up?
