Good size rooms for darn sarf, pays your money though! Looks very nice, as said easy just to move straight in. I'm in a similar position to you, studying for my CIMA qualification and baby here so if I wanted to move it would need to be done up to a good enough standard to move in, not enough time to commit to anything else

Its ok Ive been to most of the CS members houses in the region in the past years  picking up various parts.

Houses which were semi detached were of a similar price range but were 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom and needed work. This was just outside town and ticked all the boxs.

The thing is im currently working 12 hours a day and studying for a Masters at weekends so buying something that needed work was going to be difficult for me to commit the time to. Although its what I really wanted.

With the property prices increasing at the rate they are I will get a decent return just by owning it for a year. Some say this region has increased by 5% already but I think it maybe optimistic however if its 10% over the year its still just as good as working full time :|

The plan is to finish off my Masters and then sell the B2L flat and begin flipping some properties. Im a Quantity Surveyor by trade so do it in my work life but just with commercial properties :)

Our Mortgage took about 3 weeks Deano and is with Halifax, wer were limited due to my partners self employed status

I don't normally go for such "done up" houses if that makes sense, but it looks nice.

Take it a detached/semi in that area is out of reach?

Move straight in, job done
