Hard to say prices without seeing it really, best bet would be to get builders to view and quote if possible. | |

For a floor putting in and a dormer I reckon you would be looking at about 8k . Then the rest of conversion on top | |

Depends. I would imagine having the roof dormor would change things somewhat. | |

Difficult to put a budget to it because there are just too many variables. Get a couple of building firms to go round, if you can. | |

we have seen a house that we really like although it is quite small bedroom wise, we would consider putting an a loft conversion as others on the street and done the same, its a 3 bed semi, we could need to get someone in the strengthen the floor and put a dormer on the back, not sure of the lay out of the loft so dont know yet if beams want moving ect |
