Originally posted by Balling Awesome machines. Would love one, but couldn't justify the price for the amount of coffee I drink at home. Also looks a bit too industrial to suit our kitchen. The hot water / milk steamer setup looks exactly the same as our Nespresso. Just hope it's better at actually producing steamed milk, as all the Nespresso spills out is hot milk with a bit of foam. Surprised they haven't gone with a regular steamer for this type of machine. Optional extra? Get that sticker off ASAP or it'll leave a "shadow" on the steel.
It's the normal steamer that's on it in the picture, the all in one unit is sitting to the left hand side. The steamed milk isn't quite as good as a proper barista but it's better than I managed most of the time on the Gaggia, it's definitely as frothy as you want it to be. Edit to say I could steam it myself with the normal one if required, I never will though. [Edited on 07-10-2013 by John]
